How long will it take to get my order?

FAST. Orders are processed, packed, and shipped the same day if ordered before 6pm (Monday-Friday). Orders will arrive in 1-5 business days depending on your location. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 4-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.


What shipping carriers do you use?

All orders will be shipped via USPS. First Class, Priority, and or Express Delivery.


What is the status of my order?

Preparing for Shipment: This means we’re currently processing and packing your balm goods. You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information. 

Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will also see a link to track your package. 

Delivered: Your order has arrived! Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday before 8pm. 


Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.


What comes in my Balm Standard package? 

All orders come in either a boxed mailer or padded envelope depending on order size. Orders include a Balm Standard pouch, a seasonal sticker, and lots of love.


Can I return my product and get a refund?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you happen to have an issue please email us. We do not accept returns, but we will refund you the full cost if you are unhappy with your order. Just email us directly and we’ll take care of you. 


What happens if my balm melts in the mail?

Unfortunately, there will be hot days and our lip balm isn't too fond of the heat. Our lip balm is formulated to be very temperature stable, but if there is ever an issue with your order, please email us directly and we will ship out a new order as soon as possible, or give you a full refund.


What do I do if I never receive my order? 

If you do not receive your order and believe there was an issue with the shipping carrier, please email us and we will get you a new package shipped as soon as possible.
